Plain dark blue flag with a ring of 12 yellow stars offset to the hoist;
underneath, along the bottom of the flag, the name "ЕВРОПЕСКИ ПОКРЕТ У СРБИЈИ"
set in sans serif bold oblique capitals.
This is similar to the accepted
proposal, which shows the same elements, but centered vertically, and an
additional very small Yugoslav tricolor bulleting the text.

Identical to the European Union flag with a small Yugoslav tricolor at the upper hoist (its lower flyside corner almost touching the nearby star). This generic design is one of the most popular for an European Union unofficial civil ensigns and (as such or even more generically) might have been used in 2003-2006 by other pro-European entities in Serbia and Montenegro, not just by this one movement.

A mostly plain dark blue flag with a ring of 12 yellow stars centered on it and two narrow stripes at the top, red, and bottom, white — suggesting the Serbian tricolor.
